LIMITED RETURN POLICY

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, dimensions, specifications, and product details prior to submitting your order. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted due to customer error, including but not limited to incorrect measurements, sizing, or misunderstandings of product fit or use.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
The only circumstance in which SaunaCovers.com will accept a return is if SaunaCovers.com is solely responsible for manufacturing a product to an incorrect size or specification that does not match the order as confirmed at checkout. Before any return is accepted, the customer MUST obtain a Return Preapproval from SaunaCovers.com via www.SaunaCovers.com. Failure to obtain prior written authorization will result in the return being rejected and no refund or replacement being issued. SaunaCovers.com reserves the right to require photographic evidence prior to issuing a return authorization.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AS FINAL RECORD
The product specifications, measurements, and selections submitted at the time of checkout and reflected in the order confirmation shall be deemed final and controlling. SaunaCovers.com shall not be responsible for discrepancies resulting from customer-provided information, including but not limited to incorrect measurements, selections, or misunderstandings of product specifications.
PRODUCTION COMMENCEMENT
Once an order has been submitted, production may begin immediately. Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may not be modified, changed, or canceled once submitted. Any request for modification or cancellation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated solely at the discretion of SaunaCovers.com.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or providing an incorrect shipping address does not qualify as a valid return. Any costs incurred due to refused or undeliverable shipments, including return shipping and handling fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any refund issued at the sole discretion of SaunaCovers.com.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an authorized return:
• The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when originally shipped
• The item must be returned in its original packaging (box or envelope)
• Proof of purchase must be included with the return
SaunaCovers.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
INSPECTION AND DETERMINATION
Upon receipt of an authorized return, SaunaCovers.com will inspect the product and notify the customer via email regarding approval or rejection.
All determinations made by SaunaCovers.com regarding returns, refunds, or replacements are final and binding.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted, at the sole discretion of SaunaCovers.com, in situations including but not limited to:
• Returned items not in original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to SaunaCovers.com error
• Returns received more than five (5) days after delivery
No refunds will be issued for products that do not meet return eligibility requirements.
CLAIM REPORTING REQUIREMENT
Any claim regarding manufacturing errors or defects must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• All custom products are non-returnable unless meeting the limited exception above
• No sale items are eligible for return
• Gifts are non-refundable, and no compensation will be issued
• SaunaCovers.com does not offer exchanges under any circumstances
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
In the event that SaunaCovers.com determines a product was manufactured incorrectly, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at SaunaCovers.com’s option, repair or replacement of the product. Under no circumstances shall SaunaCovers.com be liable for refunds beyond the purchase price or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
SHIPPING AND COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless SaunaCovers.com confirms a manufacturing error. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. If SaunaCovers.com confirms an error in manufacturing, SaunaCovers.com will cover the cost of shipping a corrected product to the customer.
CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including but not limited to:
• Incorrect sizing or measurements provided by the customer
• Product dissatisfaction based on expectations or fit
• Misunderstanding of product specifications
Any dispute initiated in contradiction to this policy may be considered a material breach of the Terms of Service. SaunaCovers.com reserves the right to use all available transaction records, communications, order confirmations, and technical data as evidence to contest such disputes.
NO GUARANTEE OF FIT
Due to variations in customer-provided measurements, installation conditions, and environmental factors, SaunaCovers.com does not guarantee fitment beyond adherence to the specifications provided by the customer.
NO WARRANTIES
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated herein.
