SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service and Return Policy. By placing an order with SaunaCovers.com, you agree to all terms outlined herein.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer standard shipping within the lower 48 United States. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Expedited shipping options may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All products are custom-manufactured based on customer specifications. Production may begin immediately after an order is submitted. Processing and production times vary depending on product type and order volume. Shipping timelines do not include production time.
RUSHED ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
SaunaCovers.com may offer expedited or rushed order processing and/or shipping options for an additional fee. While we make every reasonable effort to prioritize and fulfill rushed orders within the selected timeframe, all rushed processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Rushed order timelines may be impacted by factors including, but not limited to:
• Weekends and non-business days
• Holidays
• Order volume
• Production constraints related to custom manufacturing
• Carrier delays or limitations
By selecting a rushed order option, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such fees apply to prioritization of production and handling, not a guaranteed delivery date. SaunaCovers.com shall not be liable for delays in rushed orders caused by circumstances beyond our control, and such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. Refunds for rushed order fees are not guaranteed and will only be issued at the sole discretion of SaunaCovers.com.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. SaunaCovers.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING LIABILITY AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping carrier. If “No Signature Required” is selected, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or misdelivery once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Carrier tracking confirmation shall be considered conclusive proof of delivery.
The availability of optional Shipping Protection Route at checkout constitutes an opportunity for the customer to insure their shipment, and declining such protection further confirms the customer’s acceptance of all shipping-related risks.
SHIPPING PROTECTION (ROUTE)
SaunaCovers.com offers optional shipping protection through a third-party provider, Route (“Shipping Protection Route”), which may be selected by the customer at checkout for an additional fee.
If Shipping Protection Route is selected, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items must be submitted directly through Route in accordance with their terms and conditions. SaunaCovers.com is not responsible for the handling, approval, or outcome of any claims submitted through Route.
If Shipping Protection Route is NOT selected at checkout, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that SaunaCovers.com shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
By declining Shipping Protection Route, the customer assumes full responsibility for any risk of loss or damage during transit and after delivery confirmation.
CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, SaunaCovers.com has no control over delivery and is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss. Customers agree that the shipping carrier’s tracking and delivery confirmation shall be the final authority in determining delivery status.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, returned, or delayed, SaunaCovers.com shall not be held responsible. Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Refusal of delivery or failure to accept delivery does not constitute a valid return.
Any costs incurred due to refused or undeliverable shipments, including return shipping, storage, or re-delivery fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is reported as lost or stolen, SaunaCovers.com shall not be held liable. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier. SaunaCovers.com may assist at its sole discretion, but is not responsible for the outcome of such claims.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SaunaCovers.com is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs caused by customs or international regulations.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
DELAYS
SaunaCovers.com is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall SaunaCovers.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, delivery issues, or lost packages.
