Signature required:
If the signature required is selected someone must be at the location at the time of delivery for a signature; if no one is home the carrier will attempt to redeliver one time before shipping the product back to us.  If the package has to be reshipped it will require further payment for additional shipping cost.

No Signature:
If No Signature is selected no one needs to be present at the time of delivery however, if the package is lost or delivered by accident to the wrong address the carrier may not attempt to retrieve it nor will we, saunacovers.com we held responsible.
